These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of storzhandyman.com (the “Site”) and any requests you submit through the Site, including quote requests, contact forms, file uploads, and online booking. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES AND SITE INFORMATION
Storz Handyman LLC provides home repair and improvement services. Information on this Site is for general information only and may be updated at any time.

QUOTES, ESTIMATES, AND SCOPE OF WORK
Any quote or estimate is based on the information available at the time, including photos, descriptions, and site conditions. Estimates are not final pricing unless clearly stated in writing as a fixed price. Final scope, timeline, and pricing may change if additional issues are discovered, materials change, access is limited, or the requested work changes. Work begins only after you approve the scope and price (verbal or written approval is acceptable unless otherwise stated).

BOOKING AND SCHEDULING
Booking a service request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by Storz Handyman LLC. Appointment windows and arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior jobs, weather, supplier delays, or unexpected job complexity. If we cannot access the work area at the scheduled time, the appointment may be rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations and reschedules are free. We request at least 12 hours notice whenever possible. To cancel or reschedule, contact us using the information in the Contact section below.

PAYMENTS
Payment is due as described in your estimate or invoice. A deposit may be required for certain jobs, special-order materials, or larger projects. You are responsible for the cost of approved materials and applicable taxes or fees. Unpaid balances may result in paused work.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate information about the job, property, and any known issues. You agree to ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area, including pets secured and utilities available when needed. You agree to disclose known hazards (for example: water leaks, mold, pests, structural issues, or electrical issues). You agree to obtain any required HOA approvals and inform us of any building rules or restrictions that affect the job.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS
Any workmanship warranty (if offered) applies only to the labor performed by Storz Handyman LLC and does not cover misuse, normal wear, improper maintenance, changes made by others, or pre-existing conditions. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and materials when available. We are not responsible for failures caused by hidden damage, code violations from previous work, or conditions that could not reasonably be discovered during a typical service visit.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site may include links or embedded services from third parties (for example booking tools, maps, review sites, and social platforms). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

SITE USE RULES
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or interfere with the Site. You agree not to submit false information or impersonate others.

DISCLAIMERS
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storz Handyman LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you did not pay for services through the Site. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.

PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
